Not recommended, not professional! He removed all the door handles upstairs but didn't attempt to prep or paint the doors. He used an unclean roller and proceeded to paint my landing and hallway walls then he only noticed the walls were blue not 'Nutmeg white' near completion. He is Messy! He washed his brushes in my bathroom sink, left wet paint on the floors, carpet and windows. Left my unfinished paint open/no lid on with a paint brush in it overnight, and didn't put back door handles. Upsetting!

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Jonathan dispelled doubt that others levelled, and although there were a couple of changes along the way, they were managed and implemented without fuss. External insulation and render is not something that many renderers will undertake, but the addition of insulation in advance of rendering wasn’t an issue for Jonathan. They communicated with me if bad weather stopped play etc. The render looks good and the painting of sills etc is very neat. They cleared up after themselves too. Overall got the job done but the woodwork paint peeled off after a week as was not sanded down. Alex agreed to fix the work but did not show up.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
