Rich and his team were super efficient. Our roof was leaking badly (water coming through the bedroom ceiling) Even though Rich couldn't start working on the roof straight away (due other work commitments) he came on an extremely wet Sunday, put the scaffolding up and did a temporary repair to stop any further damage to the bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out and for a reasonable price.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Having been either let down or quoted inflated prices it was a breath of fresh air when Ben came to quote. The quote was accepted and Ben went out of his way to source some replacement ridge tiles. The work was delayed due to the weather but completed as requested. Final bill was less than the quote, so very pleased with that. Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.
