I am a sole trader, I have been fitting windows, doors, conservatories and doing general building work for the past 25 years. I am Certass and Q.A.N.W registered. All UPVC installations are covered by a ten year warranty. Only quality products used.
Obviously the previous cost of £75 I paid in May shall be deducted from the new bill. If the quality of your work is satisfactory, then I' ll consider a withdrawal of my previous rating and give you a reasonable customer review. Thanks Jun

General building, slate patio, blockwork, window installation, patio door installation, wiring for electronic smart shower, plumbing, Velux window installation, tiling, carport, etc Also some recent garden fence replacement work... I started out after leaving college with electrical installation and appliance repair, auto electrical work, alarm fitting, mainly fault finding and rectification with a strong sense of where problems are possible and the personality of being able to sort most issues out quickly and with the least time and disruption for all parties involved. Previous work has included listed buildings, churches, The bank of England, M O D Whitehall, country estate maintenance and security. A large volume of diverse experiance in many trades. I am extremely neat and tidy in my work, and have very high standards. I have worked for the Royal Household designing and fitting lighting for the queen in St James palace. By January 2026, experience taught me that it is always better to get a quote on the whole project rather than a daily rate. Many aspects to the job incorrect - a very expensive lesson learned.
