A small design fee of £250.00 is payable before design work commences, and this is deducted from your final order total if you choose to go ahead with us. From there, your design is refined and adjusted until it's exactly right. Once finalised, we provide an accurate, itemised quote based directly on your approved design — meaning absolutely no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, down to the last detail. And here's our promise: if you find a better price elsewhere, your design is yours to keep — no questions asked. We're that confident in the value we deliver. But above all, we believe every customer should feel valued.
