George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Initially approached Glenn for a quote for painting and decorating, but became aware of other skills for a separate job I couldn't get a tradesman for. (Internal modification) Glenn was excellent in providing details of the job, he turned up the same day to survey, quoted a fair price and started the job the following week.
