Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

Terry was really fantastic. A positive experience from first contact through to completion of works. Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.

i originally got lee in to do some plastering on a renovation i was doing. he done a fantastic job. since then he has done a wet room and two bathrooms to a very high spec. i have also asked him to render the outside of the house which he is now in the process of doing. Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. He was reliable and kept us informed throughout the work. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

I am an experienced kitchen fitter who has previously worked for Ikea and Wren Kitchens as their kitchen fitter. I have fitted over 200 kitchens for these companies (and counting) and I can supply pictures and reviews for all of them. I have also fitted dozens of B&Q, Howdens, Wickes, and Homebase kitchens, as well as kitchens from other suppliers. I have over 15 years of experience in carpentry. I am very meticulous in my workmanship and I use the latest tools. Customers spend thousands of pounds on their kitchen, so the least they deserve is a kitchen fitter who will treat it with the utmost care and respect, which is what I do. I also cover other aspects of domestic carpentry work such as doors, skirting, cupboards, wardrobes etc. I also have a team of tradesmen who work closely with me such as a Plasterers/Tilers, fully qualified Electricians and Gas Safe Engineers, and Bathroom Fitters.

I've spent most my life working in and around London from loft conversions to some of the UK's most expensive houses.
