The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.
I have grown up on a construction site and have always had a good hand in lead ever since I was 4 years old. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. Afterwards I have done my own jobs and have now recently created my own company B.J.T Construction, named after my 3 young boys a business that shows we are built upon family, integrity, quality and professional standards. To help create a business that will always provide everything the client requires and to which everything that should be upheld.

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Relm were fantastic. I have done a lot of renovations over the years but our regular builders weren’t available and we had to get the job done on short notice. Relm were professional, helpful and most notably stayed on time and on budget. I wasn’t able to be onsite and they kept me up to date with photos and videos. They left the building site clean and tidy and I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.
