Squirrels in my loft - scratching away and causing damage. After some research and speaking with a few pest control companies, I instructed Recti-fly. James was polite, good to deal with and proactive. He is responsive, competitive on pricing and professional. Detective dust was used to trace the squirrels' movements and traps set. Recti-fly re-baited on the second visit and thereafter, measures were taken to prevent further access. Four squirrels caught & roof sealed up. Recommended.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
