Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

The professional decorator that I’ve had to pay to put right your awful work was shocked. He says you used cheap paint & watered it down & that is what caused the problems. It has been re-done & it looks great now - no thanks st all to you. I am not sure how you sleep at night but you haven’t a conscience when it comes to ripping off a woman. Sebastian moved several pieces of furniture for us and put together some furniture and attached it to the wall securely. He is considerate, careful, friendly and does a thorough job. He arrives on time and does a great job. Would definitely use him again.
He did 2 small jobs - one was fine, but the other, he did not know how to do and should have said so. This was re-polishing a kitchen worktop. He did not read the application instruction despite being shown them. His painting skills ;eave a lot to be desired and he rushed it as he was being cashed up by others. He left the job incomplete and has not been in contact to finish it completely. He is basically an ok handyman and has a lot of jobs he's juggling all the time. I wouldn't recommend him for any work.
