Both Darren and Michael (and crew...) did a wonderful job converting our Garage into an outdoor room. Very efficient and always tided-up after themselves. Would definitely recommend!

Quote was within our budget, Tom managed to fit us in very quickly and block paving was laid to a high standard on a full mortar bed. Overall very happy, recommended.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

Hi, Dave did an excellent job and managed to fit the work in very quickly. The job was completed when he said it would. I also took him on for another job of paving an area of my garden into a patio. This second job was also done brilliantly. He was reliable and punctual and his work was of a high standard. Dave has also completed a third job to do with finishing off some fencing which was an awkward job but he did it perfectly. I am very impressed with the service and jobs carried out. Many thanks.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeff Payne of South West Stone to anyone. Mr Payne was punctual. Mr Payne was a pleasure to have working at my home. The bonus was that he thoroughly cleaned up any mess he made which was indeed minimal! Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful. The work done appears to be all I wanted. Overall I am very pleased.

Jeff rang about my job within 30 minutes of submission. We sent him digital photographs of the site via the internet and he gave a reasonable quote which he stuck to. He was able to come to our house to do the job within 2 days. He did the whole job in one morning. Jeff was very professional and courteous. The retaining wall is exactly what we wanted. I've never seen or used this "Rated People" but I will definitely use it again. I would thoroughly recommend Jeff.

Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.

Really happy. Good quote, sound advice, excellent communication. All in all an extremely professional service from honest, considerate and reliable tradesmen. John was fantastic when we had to delay the work for a few months and even kept to his original quote. The work done was to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. Tony and his sons came to us to do a fairly small renovation. By the time we had finished adding things on to their list they were with us for over 2 weeks. They took changes in their stride, with good humour and also suggested ways we could save time and money whilst still achieving the look we wanted. And most importantly they were hard working, trustworthy and clean - tidying and wiping down every night before they left. We were so impressed, we have now asked Tony to build our extension.
