Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. Very pleased with the work done, entire large garage roof replaced, Jordan and the team were very professional and hard working, got the job done sooner than expected as they worked longer days to get it done for us. Jordan took time to listen to our needs and our budget and did his upmost to keep the costs very affordable, without sacrificing on the quality of the work. I booked the gardener to come, didn't turn up, didn't answer phone, didn't respond to messages, terrible service, avoid! Update: eventually responded to my calls and messages an hour after he was supposed to be on the job. He said he had an emergency and would let me know an alternative date. That was three days ago. I get that people have emergencies, but I shouldn't have to chase for communications when Ive booked a service and been stood up. Not professional at all.
