Robert had to deal with a very neglected garden, he listened to what i wanted to achieve and advised on how to improve the condition of the soil, as my garden is mostly clay based his advice was very welcome, in the 2 hours he spent doing a first tidy and cutting down of old shrubs the transformation was stunning, we have agreed on further work in 2 weeks time , when compost and plants/shrubs will be added to the garden, his pricing is very reasonable, Rob is very polite and cleans up after work

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. We take on all types of work, from smaller jobs and garden improvements to larger outdoor projects and ongoing maintenance.
NOT A QUALIFIED BUILDER! Promised to complete all work in 4 days. Arrived after 11am each day. Insisted on full payment or wouldn't complete work, so I paid in full. Pergola not installed. Waited another week, I asked to be refunded for unfinished work; he refused, I Kept his tools until refunded. He threatened to destroy my garden. I returned tools but no refund given. Poor-quality work. Didn't use whacker to level ground; it was very uneven. Had to remove grass to have it relayed correctly.
