Not so. AlexThe guttering has not been fitted to standard.You have not fitted trays and felt behind the guttering as previously agreed and seen on adjoining property. It has taken this review to get a response from you. You come across as a very affable individual but sadly lacking in knowledge and honesty.I have sent numerous messages and emails to you but no response. I just hope that this review will stop people choosing you as a supplier. Are you prepared to come back and install the guttering correctly

I had Dan and his small team come to do my external house painting and I am very satisfied with the results. As their primary job is roofing they were very adept at painting from ladders. Dan brought a drone along to look at any slipped or cracked roof tiles and the condition of the chimney stack which were later included in the job for a reasonable additional cost. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
