Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

I have no hesitation to recommend George for any works his detail to finish makes his workmanship above and beyond any other works I have ever seen, George has also repointed the the entire front and rear of our property along with Chimney and ridge tiles the house looks even better than a new built house, he is an expert builder who takes pride in what he does. So much so I have already asked for further works to be done.

I have worked in both the construction industry and in the private sector for over 20 years having developed a wide range of skills and expertise. I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

I'd give no stars if I could. I got a barely understandable text that came at gone midnight telling me he was coming to do my jobe at my home. That was his spelling. I have posted more than 1 job and not only was most of his text illegible but also incoherent. I don't know which jobe he was asking about, but given that, my jobe will go without being done.
