I hired this person in August 2023 to paint the outside of a small terraced house. It was in disrepair and needed a lot of preparation done before painting. The sandstone slabs that sit on top of the wall needed leveling off because some of it had fell away. Ian leveled it off with white outdoor polyfilla instead of sand and cement which I paid for and which he subsequently left the job with unused. The polyfilla lasted 12 weeks and has fell away. I'm hoping I can upload photos. Terrible finish

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. I had a very high ceiling and stair well, in need of tidying up, hole filling and painting. Mark responded quickly, he viewed job, explained well, and came back to with a quote that same evening, price range that he had stated.with a start date.Mark and his team arrived punctually every morning and got straight to work.
