I have just joined rated people I Am an experienced carpet and vinyl and LVT fitter for over 25 + years, a proper apprenticeship at a family run business to their full time and only fitter at carpet studio in the high st Cheltenham. I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
