As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering. I pride myself on excellent customer service and working to a very high standard. I have been plastering for over 25 years and originally started out working for my fathers company doing a time served apprenticeship before setting up my own business. The projects I have worked on have ranged from managing teams of plasterers for high profile developers such as Charles Church and Bryant Homes. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

Fitted the flashing but never added pointing to close the gap left on the edge of the roof so I now have an open hole in my roof about 300mm x 100mm perfect for animals or weather into get under the flashing and into the room below. Promised to come back and fix it but never returned and always had an excuse so I gave up trying. I had to get another roofer in to fill the gap and when he inspected the work carried out and I told him the price i paid he laughed and told me I’ve been “robbed” Avoid!!

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Vad - good and well, since 2003; Decorating - all kinds of paint, interior and exterior. Handyman service. Fencing - I use quality fencing materials - panels, gates, trellis... are made in workshop (all wood is pressure treated).
Vad did internal painting for me and did a great job, very efficient with good attention to details. I’d definitely use his services in future.
