Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.

Laszlo did a great job helping us renovate a three bedroom house to a standard spec. They arrived on time every day and went out of their way to help us. I have had bespoke shelves made in what is to be a workroom, filling a whole wall with a sloped ceiling at one end, also custom made shelves within a built in wardrobe. In both cases Krzysztof did an excellent job. He was very attentive to my requirements and made helpful suggestions. Having taken careful measurements, everything was cut to measure in his workshop, thus reducing noise and mess here to a minimum. He left everything tidy and clean. I would definitely recommend him.

Frank and his team did a complete re-roof of my kitchen flat roof, and re-tiled & ridged the adjacent apex roof, and facia boards. Frank explained every nuance of the job as it progressed, he pointed out the issues with the the old roof and explained why it was failing, and offered a number of solutions to various aspects that I could chose from. The new flat roof, tiled roof and hip ridges look very good. These guys were polite, respectful, and professional. I'm happy to recommend Cornerstone Roofing.
