The good news - my previous review and perception has improved significantly. Literally a 180 turnaround. The bad news is Rated People doesn't allow me to remove the previous review, only update it. Therefore just to provide a brief update; Asa has since joined the team and wow what a difference he has made. Very customer centric, communicates very well and really reasonable all round. Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. Carl comes at the time he states and works till late. He leaves the house clean and tidy when he leaves. Very hardworking and skilled. Very impressed with his work and craftsmanship.
