He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions.
