I service and fix all domestic gas appliances I'm a Worcester accredited installer but install any make or model of boiler and also repair and service any boiler, fire or cooker. I also offer emergency call outs 24-7 there are also no deposit finance options available for new boilers or expensive repairs.

Jason came to assess the job, gave me a quotation which I accepted and he came with his brother two days later and completed the job within the day.He also replaced a couple of tiles which we could see had slipped on the roof. They tidied up after themselves. Invoiced price as per the quote.We will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
