Replied to request posted within 30mins. Plumbers arrived the same day. Fixed both tap and toilet the same day. Couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved a couple of days later. Couldn’t fault communication. Would recommend this company and I will use again.

Although Sigmund was able to do the job rather quickly, he still hasn’t given me a breakdown of costs and the parts that were used as I could not reconcile the costs that he said the parts were with what I’d seen online. Mind you I paid him the full amount soon after the job was done. I’ve rung, sent messages and asked multiple times but I am yet to receive anything. He did send me a very blurred partial screenshot which I couldn’t read anything. A bit disappointed to say the least.
