Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Mazen agreed to remove my old laminate kitchen worktops and replace them with new quartz worktops. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He gave me lots of advice and was patient when we kept changing our minds and were slow to make final design decisions. As soon as we decided what we wanted he was able to come and do the work very promptly. The team was efficient and thorough. Alex did an excellent job removing an old radiator and installing a new vertical radiator in a slightly different position on the wall. Dan did an amazing job installing and removing a washing machine at my second floor flat in Crouch End. He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. He’s a really good guy and I’ll definitely be using him again, I highly recommend him. Thanks again Dan.
