It wasn’t a big job, it was simply digging my garden over and removing the vegetation. Many landscape gardeners wouldn’t get out of bed for such a small job. Happily, Greenleaf Tree Services did. I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.

Took five weeks between jobs didn't use dust sheets made a mess of the rugs. Scratched the flooring in the living room and didn't level my floor before installing bath sink and toilet. Im left with an uneven floor.
