Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy

Andrew did a great job fitting the extra units, liaising with Howdens and getting everything ordered. He worked efficiently and was very helpful throughout. These guys have just finished our En-Suite upgrade , they have retiled , fitted a new shower cubicle , toilet and Basin and vanity unit. Turned up when they said they would and grafted none stop, great work ethic, they cleaned up at the end of each day and took away all packaging ect, the end result is to a very high standard, so much so that we are getting them back in to do the same to our House bathroom. I would say not the cheapest, but very much value for money, you definitely get what you pay for
