He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. They either don’t turn up to the quotes/job or do an awful and sometimes dangerous job! We are all about playing by the book and doing a quality job. We run everything by an I-pad app that will quote within 5 minutes of viewing the job. We tidy up after every job, in fact, one customer thought we hired a professional cleaner after we had been! Came round to check what needed done, and gave me advice on how to avoid having to completely rewire, by just upgrading some parts. Gave me a parts list to buy which saved time. Kept me updated and finished the job as quoted. The job has been successful as no issues. The billing system was great, and could pay online, and photos included. He is a very amenable chap. Only sorry I didn't make him a cuppa.

We had some storm damage and this firm came out promptly, checked the roof, took photos (which they sent me for the insurance company) and gave me a quote. They spent time discussing what was needed and what The only delay was waiting for the insurance company to assess the damage and OK the repair. A date was agreed and the 4 lads, lead by Mark, came on time and completed the work. Weare very happy with the work and theire friendly but professional approach. Key question: would we have them again? Yes!

Adam responded really quickly to my enquiry and arrived in the date punctually. A really nice guy polite and friendly. He gave sound advice on something I suspected already and gave me some options. He was able to give me an idea of costs, which were in line with a budget I had I mind. What I like about him was he was that he knew what he was talking about, had connections for other parts of the work and offer a fair price.
