Hi My names Paul. I am a sole trader in the lothians and Edinburgh area. I have 12+ years experience as a plumbing and heating engineer doing general plumbing maintenance, heating and boiler installs also boiler upgrades along with a vast knowledge of boiler breakdowns. Paul visited quickly and then came within a week to do repair. Very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. Boiler now fixed.
A waste of time - got nowhere using this site for plumbing.

Initially took some time to get the surveyor to view the job, and communication not great, however job priced and went ahead. Plumber completed job quickly, new radiator worked well and drains much better, though not perfect. Waste water continues to come up kitchen sink so this is not fixed. Following completion of the work and speaking to other trades, I discovered that £500 was very pricey for a replacement radiator and drain cleaning. Will be more discerning in future.

I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.
Adam gave us a time, date and price and stuck to all 3. He even went out his way to collect the house keys from our work. The towel rails’ pipes were problematic and Adam had to cut into the wall and replace skirting around extended pipes he had to create to fit the towel rail. Despite the extra work he didn’t charge more than his quote. We are very happy with the work carried out and will definitely use his services again.
