I also have 2 other tradesmen working for me, that specialise in bathroom and kitchen fitting so you are always guaranteed to been seen too. For peace of mind and your guarantee I have full public liability insurance which if needed I can show upon visting the job. My qualifications are, all City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in the requirements for electrical installations. (BS7671) Level 3 Certificate for the inspection and testing of electrical equipment. Andrew came to see the job and provided a quote quickly and it set out exactly how they were going to do the work. Rob rang me on Thursday to discuss job then came Friday he had to take off and then refit shower enclosure which had been installed incorrectly by another plumber Rob was polite and punctual, quickly rectified the problem and kept the price as low as possible will definitely use his services again and will reccommend him to family and friends Thanks Rob we now have a safe shower enclosure that looks much better now its fitted properly.
