Superb service! The guys came to fit a velux window but the batons and felt had been damaged by leakage over the years. They worked all weekend to get it fixed as they had a big job starting the following Monday. They were friendly, tidy and incredibly hard working even when it started pouring. Job diagnosed and resolved, I wasn't at the property at the time but I want to thank the tradesperson involved. One thing I would have liked prior to the visit was a conversation on the phone, as the solution was a replacement seal. I did try to call but was advised to text only. If I was able to discuss the issue first then I might have been able to resolve the problem myself and avoid the charge, which I expect mostly covered the call out. The customer service and knowledge though was superb.
Central Heating Installation, Bathroom suites installation, toilets, basins, towel radiators. Installation cold water storage tanks,and hot water cylinders. Sink unit taps installation, and repair. Basin and Bath taps installation and repair. Plumbing repair work.
Pleasant older chap, easy to talk to. I needed someone urgently to install an outside toilet and Robert was available within a few days. Toilet took longer than anticipated to fit as fittings were hard for him to get hold of, but now fitted nice and secure and plumbing work all OK in copper as agreed. Gave a competitive fixed price for the job so even though he took his time I was happy. The toilet seat was initially loose which he later tightened for me.
I have worked at the local council from being an apprentice, so smaller repair jobs are my expert area for now. Looking to get my name out there and on to bigger and better things!
