We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
