The job was to change from a communal hot water to private in a two-bedroom flat involving plumbing up a thermal store cylinder and running new pipe work to all the taps. Dan did a great job cleanly and efficiently. I have no hesitation recommending him.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
