James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Chris and Gavin are very hardworking, experienced and knowledgeable gardeners which is demonstrated by their excellent results. We hired them to re-landscape our garden and have continued to employ them to maintain our garden on a fortnightly basis. We struggled to find a reliable tradesperson, receiving quotes ranging from unreasonably low to excessively high. Simon, was exceptional. He visited our garden, assessed its condition, and gave a fair and reasonable quote. Work started on schedule, and Simon's team brought tools the day before. Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

I am very happy with the work done. The job was more complicated than I had thought but Rob allowed for that in his estimate. He also redecorated the room afterwards. He was polite, friendly, and efficient, clearing up and restoring the room to its former state.

I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.
