They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Jim was friendly, reliable, and great value for money. The work took a couple of days longer than expected due to the density of the mortar in our brickwork but this didn't affect the original quote and it was great to have a tradesman who got on with his work but also happy to chat and explain the whole process.

In 2022, Sonny did an excellent job repairing the roof. In 2023, his team replaced the entire roof and the shed roof, sealed an area of flat roof, replaced guttering and down pipes, and repainted the outside of the windows. Despite the dust, they were a pleasure to have around!
