Appointment to give an estimate was easily arranged. The work was carried out within a couple of weeks as planned with very little mess or disturbance. I queried one item on the invoice and the matter was settled without fuss. The chimney looks good and works fine now. A good job done.

Very considerate, excellent workmanship, willing to offer sage advice. Other trades people engaged by Pete also very polite and highly competent. The job did run over the expected duration however Pete kept us informed as he progressed. Using Pete for the next job on the house is a no-brainer.

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

Brilliant service, Leroy came on time, on the arranged day and in cold weather. He got on with the tree job, bringing all the right equipment and no messing around. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones.
