I run a family business which I been running for 28 years now. I started at a young age with dad as he been a builder All his life. I’ve Won awards for stonework over the years. I cover all aspects of building work from new builds to extension to boundary walls. We pride ourselves on very neat and tidy work. I work for my clients like it’s my own house leaving them with something to be proud of at the end. I try to fulfill everyone’s dream in every job we do. We always clean site at the end of everyday so client hasn’t got to walk around over any mess at any time. I have great staff who take as much pride as I do. Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.
