Steve came out to quote the very next day. He juggled round jobs to get mine in which was fantastic. He was very friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. Has a great demeanour which for a lady alone and the very very wrong side of 21 is very important. I asked a lot of questions all answered without hesitation. He is very passionate about his job and company which showed in the results. Well done guys. Would use you again and recommend you all again without hesitation.

Friendly, professional and excellent. Platinum plastered my kitchen walls at short notice. They worked cleanly, left my home spotless and were very respectful of it at all times. They aren't just plasterers though, and I will be asking them to quote later on this year for a specialist wall finish instead of tiling the walls. Very impressed nd so glad to have found them. 'Gez' was a complete star! He listened to what I wanted and accommodated almost to the letter (compromise was made on only a few minor things because of what was/was not physically possible) His work is of a really high standard, and I can see he really takes pride in wanting to do a good job and producing a clean and beautiful job. He is extremely trustworthy, very polite and curtious (he's also a good laugh!)He always lets you know what he is going to be doing the following day so you are not left wondering where you are in the job. The transformation of my bathroom is amazing and I can't thank him enough for what he has done. Gez, the cats will miss you, but I'm sure we'll be calling on you again soon!!! Thank so much

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

James has done a great job fitting a bespoke wardrobe with sliding doors into an awkward space. From the initial quote, through to completion, James has been courteous throughout and has completed the job to a very good, professional standard. I would not hesitate to recommend James in the future.

We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

Courtney was brilliant, Came round within hours of my posting and gave a very fair estimate. He then provided me with a time and day he would be round and turned up on time. The job was done quickly, cleanly and most of all professionally. He even called the next day to check I was happy with the job he had done. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very pleased with the reliability and cost from Finesse. My project has been put on hold so no work carried out. Also appreciated honesty and knowledge regarding my build from Michael? He demonstrated his experience and I wouldn't hesitate requesting his services again.

Responded quickly and re-decorated our lounge in a day. Very good standard of workmanship, and a nice, genuine lad as well. Already booked to do more work in the new year. Excellent all round.

Poor workmanship on repointing an old Victorian property. Disinterested in carrying out remedial works to rectify.
