Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. I work on every aspect of works including new builds, exstensions, barn convertions, brick and blockwork, plastering, damp proofing, flooring, tiling, windows and doors, facia, soffits and guttering and many many more.
Terrible builder, he will not give a receipt or invoice for any of the work carried out. He said he finished all the work then i paid him because i trusted him. I made the mistake of paying without checking all the work and without receiving the invoice. He only did half of the work he quoted for. I unfortunately paid the full amount. The shed he built lets in water every time it rains. He didn’t fix any of the gutters he quoted for. The list is long.
