George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Initial communication was perfect and David kept me updated on arrival time etc. He showed me a video of our roof and explained what was required. Work carried out on time and the bill was as stated with no nonsense (like some contractors). Our next door neighbour has also since had roof work carried out by the company and is also very happy. First class service, just wish all contractors were like this.

I could not give these people a LOW enough rating. I had a 20 minute chat with them on the phone. I was given a quote and he said he would come that afternoon to look at the job but would in any case come and do the job the following morning. They did not turn up for either appointment. I phoned the mobile number he gave me FIVE times and left messages. No one got back to me.
