I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. For more than 10 Years I Worked on 20 Tesco stores, Sainsburys Waitrose, M&S, Banks, In 2017 I worked for AGS Services Ltd on high end residential My knowledge of the plumbing is extensive and have gained many ears of experience on all types of installations. My only issue is that I have never taken an approved NVQ course to obtain the correct plumbing CSCS
