I would highly recommend Mr Heartford, and will be using him for all our refurbishment work. He is very pleasant, works hard, is tidy and cleans up after himself and most importantly is very efficient.

Recommended. Ben is hard working, punctual, reliable and the quality of his work is very good. He and Tony turned up on time and did our ceiling in the timescale and price he said he would. They tidied away at the end of the day. We had him back shortly after to plasterboard and skim our fireplace and again a very pleasant experience. Price quoted was competitive. A trustworthy chap, we would use again.

Les , advised on a sensible cost effective solution to roof a large glass roofed conservatory , as it is attached to a listed building it took a while before we got the ok to go ahead , Les honoured the original quote and completed the work to a high standard , other possible suppliers did not have the experience/knowledge to suggest and work with us to overcome issues, like all good trades he is very busy and in the current climate patience is required , coffee helps , plus payment promptly ????

Richard arrived promptly after our request, his work ethics were excellent. Richard arrived first thing every morning and got straight on with his work always cleaning down both inside and outside the house at the end of his working day. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

It was only a small job and the exact cause of the leak in the roof couldn't be confirmed from ground level. Peter came round promptly and gave me a quote based on the information I gave him. The work was done the following week and was slightly more extensive than expected but within the original quote range. All in all excellent service and I would definitely the company again.
