Mark fitted a new radiator for me, did a really professional job and very flexible in working hours to accommodate our availability. Mark also fitted a new banister handrail, taking steps to match it to the existing handrail and ensure it was a good quality job. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
