I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
After some poor quality, leaky plumbing left after a dodgy builder i found Tim on rated people. He fixed my leaks and checked the rest of the plumbing for me. He was quick, clean and did a great job. highly recommended.

With the change from corgi to gas safe I’m now up to date with the gas safe register for Domestic Natural gas supplemented with LPG, Butane gas for both permanent dwellings, Residential Park homes (RPH) and Leisure Accommodation Vehicles (LAV) Plus also for the Plumbing side of what I cover I have the Qualification for vented and unvented Hot water storage systems (UHW10)

I have came from a plumbing background with 15 years experience i have installed wet rooms and bathrooms. Other work such as tilling, plastering , lighting to give your bathroom the wow look. No job is to small. Kitchen installations as well as flooring present no problem. Stud- work, first and second fixes, as well as door hanging and or trimming. Heating systems, power flushing, boiler supply and installation complete the package should you require it as well as decorating - just about a one stop shop- and if something is outside my remit- then I will know a man who can !
