He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I decided not to go ahead with the installation as I have put my property on the market instead. However, I felt that the communication from the offset and quick response was good enough for me to feel that I would have gone ahead and had the job done by this company if circumstances had been different.

The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy

James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.
