PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.

He also contacted us prior the starting the job to arrange a date and time. Unlike other tradespeople he turned on time on each of the 3 days it took to complete the work. The work was of a high standard and we were kept informed of progress as the work progressed. I have already began a discussion with Nigel regarding another project.

Menzies is very friendly and helpful. He gave us honest opinion that door beyond economic repair which I appreciated. However, he did improve the locking mechanism so that we can lock the door properly whilst awaiting new door. Would recommend.
