Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

Very disappointed. Work that was done was okay however when there was a problem with the leveller not being level, I was told that someone would be here on the Friday, no one arrived. Then I was told that they’d be here Monday and once again no one ever showed up. Took my money and didn’t rectify the work. Very upset that tradespeople are like this, I find it hard to trust anyone now.

Mark visited promptly to assess the situation and made some suggestions. The problem looked like damp, but in order to be sure he returned the following day with a damp meter. It wasn't damp, and consequently Mark didn't get a job on this occasion. I would rate this a six star performance for honesty and efficiency!! I will definitely use him in future.

My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Kyle, who is very creative designed an extra room within the upstairs , which delighted us.. He is a superb workman and crafts man and his team are brilliant.
