I have grown up on a construction site and have always had a good hand in lead ever since I was 4 years old. I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work. We ran the company together for a further 8 years on top of his 45 years of quality construction. Afterwards I have done my own jobs and have now recently created my own company B.J.T Construction, named after my 3 young boys a business that shows we are built upon family, integrity, quality and professional standards. To help create a business that will always provide everything the client requires and to which everything that should be upheld.

I have worked in the construction trade for over 10 years and I have recently moved into removals. This is because I have a property firm where removals are of great importance. IKEA furniture construction services are £19.25 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50. Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Handyman services £20.00 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Packing services £20 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £135 - 7.5 hours. Removal services £30 per hour. Minimum call out charge £50 Special day rate £205 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £180.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum call out charge of £200.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour. Ken was very accommodating and did an excellent job in clearing all the brambles and trying to return our garden to its former glory at our buy to let. He also fixed a soil pipe issue and removed furniture left over by an ex tenant. He turned all this around in a day and rescheduled work to accommodate us. I would highly recommend him.
