My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for 10 years now and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom put in a very fair quote and fit my job in within a couple of days. Always polite with good communication on his arrival time etc. Got to work straight away and even cleaned up the previous tradesmen's mess that was left previously as he went along. Job was completed to a really good standard and he cleaned up when he finished. Recommended.

We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!

A first class job, by a very competent Electrician, I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil, he arrived on time, and very quickly resolved a major lighting problem. Whilst at the property, he carried out a second job, which again helped me tremendously. All in all a first class technician, who knew is job inside out. Genuinely impressed, his charges were realistic, almost £100.00 less than a competitor, who did NOT come via Rated People. Will definitely use Phil again.

I don’t think I’ve seen anybody work as hard as Adam, removing and replacing 72 feet of fencing in a day and a half. We kept him watered with tea, working through the squally showers on the second day. He was polite and considerate to our plants where possible. Would certainly recommend him.
