Richard arrived well before the arranged time which was a bonus. He is highly professional & charming. He worked so hard altough it was raining all the way whilst he completed the job cutting the grass, removal of weeds around the plants etc. He is also very tidy. He only phoned me back after I had downgraded my review on here (to help others). And then he had the cheek to say - “well since you’ve left me 1* I’m not bothering to fix the leak”.
