John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

absolutely delighted with this work. The team worked around me living in a small flat and managed to make it bearable. I also had my bathroom refurbished by them as I was so impressed with the plastering and painting. There was a lot of detailed boxing in work that was very fiddly but now I have a flat that looks and feels brand new. Quotes were agreed and kept to and payment not required until works completed and I am satisfied. As it was so reasonable I am now discussing my kitchen requirements too.

Julian and his team worked really hard to get our nursery garden looking great. They got the job done in the time the said and left the place neat and tidy, taking all the rubbish away. I would certainly recommend and hope to use them again in the future.
