Clive was curteous friendly and took great care in giving me an excellent result. He put in a lot of hours and recommended a complete replacement of the underlying structure for a very resonable extra cost. He found the original frame had rotted considerably and the new frame he put in was superior to the original. I have nothing but praise for Clive and Kevin who worked on my replacement decking. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.
